Description:
This 130,000 square-foot research facility was designed to meet the unique requirements for a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical laboratory. The design included over 75 laboratory benches and research facilities including custom fume hoods, cold rooms and a vivarium. The facility features luxurious conference and meeting rooms as well as extensive office space. This project was completed with a compacted construction schedule, which allowed for the owner to occupy the new facility within their time requirements.
