Description:
This state-of-the art research facility was built to attract pioneers in the molecular biology field. It features high-tech laboratories, a large vivarium, conference rooms and premium office space. This project required extensive coordination with the mechanical contractor and featured an elaborate central plant and exhaust system. The three-story 102,000 square foot project was built with a compacted construction schedule that included tenants moving into part of the building after just seven months.
