Description:
This tenant improvement project for the Scripps Research Institute included six specialty microscope rooms, research labs, a conference room and lecture hall, as well as office space. Other features of the project included a new mechanical yard and a 500kw emergency generator. Power is delivered throughout the facility by an 800A transfer switch and 4000A electrical service. Specialty lighting fixtures were also used throughout the project.
