Description:
This design-build project consisted of nine floors of tenant improvements and a complete remodel of the main lobby with a new entrance facade. Each floor within the structure is approximately 15,000 square-feet. Tenants of the building include Sempra Energy, Parsons Engineering, Commonwealth Financial, Kelly Leasing, Burnham Pacific, Hawthorn & Associates, State Farm Insurance, and Jossy + Carrier Design.
