Description:
This design-build, 12-story hotel totaling 180,000 square-feet features 285 luxury suites, conference rooms, ballrooms, fitness area, and restaurant. The project featured lighting control and dimming systems as well as security and A/V systems. Extensive electrical distribution was executed throughout all phases of construction. The Marriott’s request for custom lighting fixtures made this project unique.
