Description:
This 8-story, 172,500 square-foot office building features a steel structure, brace-frame and a curtain wall of glass and stone. The building also includes two separate runs of bus duct, a 300 kw genset and custom lighting. Dynalectric Company worked extensively with Michael Wall Engineering to facilitate construction of this design-build project. Dynalectric Information Technologies was responsible for the design-build services for the fire alarm and security systems.
