Description:
This $124 million, 4-star, 512-room hotel tower will offer a full range of services including banquet and convention facilities and will also contain 37 luxury condominiums. Located directly across the street from the new Padres Ballpark at the southeast corner of 7th Avenue and L Street, it will be connected by a sky bridge to the Ballpark's main concourse.
