Description:
This 300,000 square-foot medical office building consists of three separate structures, two of which are 3-story with a connecting corridor. These buildings house a complete array of medical services including outpatient surgery. The office building’s electrical systems include utility service, emergency generator, distribution, lighting, fire alarm, nurse call, paging/sound, telephone/data, security, CTV, and MATV.
