Description:
The medical office building at Kaiser houses the typical exam rooms, a home health hospice, and a pharmacy; all of which required hospital grade equipment. The project design incorporated a dual level lighting scheme, with the use of the Novitas occupancy sensors. A MicroLite 1000 series was put in place for the lighting control system, with fixtures ranging from 2’x4’ parabolic to concrete bollards. Electrically, the building has one main SDG&E service. Over ten sub-panels were put in place to distribute power to the building.
