Description:
A 21-story, 258-unit, senior retirement facility which features a full service penthouse restaurant, monitored nurse call system, medical care facility and an indoor pool/spa complex. This project was successfully completed within a 16 month construction schedule while also managing continuous tenant improvements changes with the same completion date.
