Description:
The tenant improvement project for Qwest Communications includes administration office space and lobby, video conference room, shipping/receiving and staging area, transport, leased access, Qwestlink, co-locate rooms, Telco room, QVNP, dark fiber customer area, AC/DC power rooms, electric room and a generator farm. Systems include pre-action fire sprinkler, HVAC control, fire alarm, Vesda high sensitivity smoke detection, lead detection, and Lenel 2000 Access Control. Electrical service for the facility consists of redundant N+1 power with 12KV medium voltage switchgear and 480V low voltage switchgear, two 2KW generators, and DC power.
