Description:
The apartments at Hotel El Cortez are one of San Diego’s finest redevelopment projects, not to mention a historical landmark. This 16-story Hotel El Cortez consists of 36 one-bedroom units, 45 two-bedroom units, 3 three/four-bedroom units and 8 loft units totaling 89,000 square feet. The retail space is more than 13,000 square-feet. Dynalectric Company welcomed the challenge of retrofitting this 1927 hotel by design-build.
