SCOPE OF WORK

Turner Construction called upon Dynalectric to successfully complete the fast-track Merck MRL San Diego project. This is a 76,000 square-foot renovation and upgrade of existing lab, vivarium and administrative space in an existing building; and an additional 55,000 square-feet of new chemistry labs in an existing shell building.

The research facility provided space for laboratories, laboratory support, administrative support and common building support. Dynalectric upgraded the electrical service switchgear, emergency generator and connected the building systems.

Dynalectric was also the design-build contractor for the fire alarm, security and access control systems.
