SCOPE OF WORK

SYRRX combines an intricate research facility with manufacturing capability and luxury office space. The project featured cutting edge laboratory facilities, specialized spaces for crystal research and high-tech networking capabilities.

The 102,000 square-foot complex had an aggressive five-month construction schedule and Dynalectric assumed the lead role in MEP coordination to help ensure the project’s success.

Although faced with a short schedule, a new 4000A distribution service, an emergency generator and an elaborate lighting design were installed.

This project provided numerous deadlines and challenges that demonstrated Dynalectric’s ability to succeed and deliver a successful project under demanding circumstances.
