SCOPE OF WORK

This 18-story, 176,000-square-foot building and adjacent 12-story, 800-stall parking structure began undergoing a major renovation in April 2001.

The project included renovations of the building’s exterior façade and lobby area, along with substantial upgrades to the building’s interior mechanical systems.
