SCOPE OF WORK

This eight-story, 172,500 square-foot office building features a steel structure, brace-frame, and a curtain wall of glass and stone. The building also includes two separate runs of bus duct, a 300kw genset, and custom lighting.

Dynalectric Company worked extensively with Michael Wall Engineering to facilitate construction of this design-build project.

ynalectric’s Service & Systems division was responsible for the design-build services for the fire alarm and security systems.
