SCOPE OF SERVICES

Father Joe’s Village is a 126,000-square-foot, 12-story, building located in the Ballpark District of downtown San Diego. The facility includes 68 shortstay living units, 57 family units, a number of administration offices, a child care facility, healthcare treatment offices, and a single story toddler care center. Dynalectric installed all new electrical services and fire alarm services throughout the facility.

SOLUTIONS

The project site is located adjacent to an existing and operating kitchen for the homeless. Construction adhered to a strict timeline, storage requirements, and material layout to mitigate the impact of construction on the adjacent facility.

Father Joe’s Villages is one of Southern California’s largest residential homeless services provider with a mission to end the cycle of homelessness. Together with its partner agencies, Father Joe’s Villages provides housing, healthcare, food, clothing, education, and job training.
