Mission Trails Industrial Park is a state-of-the-art distribution, warehouse and manufacturing facility consisting of five buildings located on Mission Gorge Road.

The total tenant area, of over 653,560 square-feet, is ideal for San Diego's larger manufacturing/distribution companies, with leased space for customers ranging from light warehouse to R&D facilities.

The structures are concrete tilt-ups with suites, office space, conference rooms, and warehouse space with loading docks.
