Qualcomm Buildings “WA, WB, WC”, SAN DIEGO, CA

SCOPE OF WORK

The Qualcomm buildings WA, WB and WC project consisted of a complete design-build renovation of three two-story office buildings.

The buildings consisted of 145,000 square-feet of new labs and offices.

The project also consisted of a new design-build fire alarm system, a new electrical distribution system, new lighting, a new lighting control system and updated lighting for building and site egress backed-up by a new lighting inverter.
