SCOPE OF WORK

The tenant improvement project for Qwest Communications includes administration office space, a lobby, video conference room, shipping/receiving and staging area, transport, leased access, Qwestlink, co-locate rooms, telco rooms, QVNP, dark fiber customer area, AC/DC power rooms, electric room and a generator farm.

Systems include pre-action fire sprinkler system, HVAC control system, fire alarm system, Vesda high sensitivity smoke detection system, leak detection and Lenel 2000 access control system. electrical service for the facility consists of redundant N+1 power with 12 KV medium voltage switchgear and 480 V low voltage switchgear, two 2KW generators and DC power.
