SCOPE OF WORK

This design-build tenant improvement for San Diego Office Interiors’ new office is a high-end design/system furniture show room.

Designer light fixtures were utilized throughout to provide lighting focal points, bringing out the architectural features of the space.

The showroom is designed with an open structure, which created a challenge to camouflage the electrical system to fit with the architectural features.
