SCOPE OF WORK

Dynalectric worked on Building 1 of the potential 11-building, 131-acre site. The building is a six-story 194,414-square-foot warm shell project, with striking elements such as the distinct architecture that can be noticed throughout the entire Summit campus. With views that reach to the ocean and the surrounding valleys, The Summit is a pristine addition to the Rancho Bernardo community.
