SCOPE OF WORK

Dynalectric Company completed this 26,500 square-foot tenant improvement project for TCG-CERFnet in the San Diego Tech Center. This was a “fast track” project including the installation of a custom 600 kW generator in an outside environment; generator was housed in a special weatherproof enclosure located in the existing loading dock area.

In order to enable proper generator operations, Dynalectric fabricated a steel I-beam “wedge” to level the conditions in the loading dock. Additionally, the scope for this TI included new lighting, electrical service upgrade, life safety, power distribution units and an uninterrupted power system for their global server network.

All of this work was completed by Dynalectric in three months and delivered to TCG-CERFnet on time, based on their re-location leasing arrangements.
