SCOPE OF WORK

A four-story exterior courtyard walkway is the primary design element for the $20.4 million, 101,000-square-foot, design/build Calpulli Center student health service facility at San Diego State University.

The courtyard provides access to all areas of the facility, which houses medical offices, exam and procedure rooms, radiology, pharmacy, optometry, group testing rooms and a future dental lab.

The facility also includes faculty and staff offices and student rooms for counseling psychological and student disability services.
