University of California San Diego North Campus Housing, SAN DIEGO, CA

SCOPE OF WORK

This 279,000 square-foot, design-assist project, on the University of California San Diego campus, includes a 12-story residential tower, five mid-rise sustainable apartment buildings and an administration/kitchen building.

These buildings will provide on-campus accommodations for up to 800 students and includes a retail/marketplace component. A medium-voltage power distribution system and complete communication system was carried throughout the site to serve each building.

This signature project was completed with over 50,000 man hours worked safely and achieved LEED Gold certification.
