Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building, SAN MARCOS, CA

SCOPE OF WORK

This new three-story medical office building was constructed adjacent to the existing Kaiser Permanente San Marcos medical office building. It provides an additional 72,000-square-feet of treatment space, housing specialty care providers, an ambulatory surgery center, nuclear medicine and a gastroenterology procedure suite. Dynalectric provided fully integrated electrical services for this project.

VALUE DELIVERED

This project was completed with a phased construction, fast-track schedule. Dynalectric completed this project within the ten month schedule and within budget.

Founded in 1945, Kaiser Permanent provides care to more than 500,000 residents in San Diego County. Kaiser Permanente currently operates in nine states and in the Dominican Republic.
