SCOPE OF WORK

The medical office building at Kaiser San Marcos houses exam rooms, a home health hospice and pharmacy; all of which required hospital grade equipment.

The project design incorporated a dual level lighting scheme, with the use of the Novitas occupancy sensors. A Microlite 1000 series was put in place for the lighting control system, with fixtures ranging from 2'x4' parabolic to concrete bollards.

The building has one main SDG&E service requiring over ten sub-panels to be installed to distribute power to the building
