SCOPE OF WORK

The complete remodel of the historical 1924 Balboa Theatre project brings the venue up to speed in the modern performing arts world. The project required a complete structural upgrade due to current city codes and included new services and electrical systems.

The Theatre seats 1,339 patrons in its Moorish décor interior. The Balboa Theatre is a welcomed member to the San Diego downtown theatre district.
