Carmel Valley Marriott, SAN DIEGO, CA

SCOPE OF WORK

This was a design-build 12-story hotel for Marriot, totaling 180,000 square-feet. The hotel featured 285 luxury suites, conference rooms, ballrooms, a fitness area and a restaurant. The project featured lighting control and dimming systems, as well as security and A/V systems. Extensive electrical distribution was executed throughout all phases of construction. The Marriott's request for custom lighting fixtures made this project unique.
