SCOPE OF WORK

With a total of 112,000-square-feet, this renovation included updated ballrooms, meeting rooms, a fitness center, foyers, offices, rest rooms and elevator lobbies. As the main focal point, the Atrium underwent a fast paced renovation which included 150 tons of steel to supply air, lighting and sound to the large open space. Within the Atrium, a new buffet, bar, lounge and grab and go areas were added.

VALUE DELIVERED

Dynalectric partnered with Contra Costa Electric to renovate an existing hotel while day to day operations continued seamlessly. At no point were there any disruptions to hotel guests. We used our in-house BIM and prefabrication services to foresee future problems and correct them before construction started.
