SCOPE OF WORK

Located at 11th and J Street, adjacent to Petco Park, ICON is a mixed-use project that consists of 325 residences in four buildings. These buildings include studios, townhouses, live/work lofts, penthouses and subterranean parking.

Dynalectric provided a complete turn-key design-build project; from the complete electrical distribution to the project-wide high-speed wireless internet, to the fire alarm/life safety, security, voice/data and the audio visual system.
